OEM Logistics believes the quality of services provided is a top priority.  Our intense focus on quality is what differentiates us from other suppliers of supply chain and logistics services and enhances overall value to our customers.  We begin by taking our customer’s internal procedures, simplifying them, and incorporating a fully accountable process that focuses on delivering a value-based quality product.  OEM Logistics is certified to ISO 9002 and has in place fully documented procedures to ensure process control, structure, and total accountability.  This process control, coupled with our procedures that contain built-in checks and balances have been the backbone to our excellent quality track record and the resulting customer satisfaction. 

In addition to a full array of logistics services, OEM offers complete and thorough  quality inspection of hardware in compliance with the applicable engineering drawing/specification, MOT, or work instruction for verification of part configuration, serialization, obvious damage, and overall workmanship.  A data package for each order processed is maintained for audit and/or traceability purposes.  This package, which consists of the sales order, First Article Inspection Report, certificates of compliance for detail parts, shipper, bill of lading, and OEM’s internal work traveler is retained on-site for a minimum of 1 year, and off-site for a minimum of 7 years per ISO compliance requirements.  In addition to the visual quality inspections, OEM will also have hardware validated dimensionally to the applicable blueprint requirements, as necessary.
