  • Total Inventory Management     
    Complete management of the product from initial procurement to end-user shipment.
     
  • Procurement               
    As a value added partner, we provide specialists to locate and develop strong sources of supply to achieve maximum product value and minimize cycle times.
       
  • Administration/Expediting            
    Currently responsible for expediting critical product from approximately 300 of our customer's key suppliers to support PO and MRP requirements.
      
  • Inspection             
    Final-Out inspection of product verifying configuration, serialization, damage, blueprint compliance requirements and overall workmanship.
  • Kitting                   
    Pick to your bill of material.  Inspect, package and ship to the assembly line or directly to end user customer.  
     
  • Hardware Packaging – Direct Ship to Customer End-User       
    Product is packaged per customer's requirement and prepared for shipment to customers’ end-user.
  • Kanban - Supermarket    
    OEM maintains inventory on-site at customers point of use locations. High usage, low cost, common parts, are scanned and stocked to ensure availability for production builds.
        
  • Schedule Change Administration/Order Entry                      
         
    Analyze and process changes to production requirements to coordinate end-user’s demand with our customers’ sales order requirements.
      
  • Logistics Support On-Site at Customer’s Location
    Companies outsource complete functions to OEM Logistics. These functions remain on the customers premises, but are performed and managed by OEM.
