OEM Logistics is a process-oriented organization that provides a combination of cost-savings, quality enhancements and decreased cycles times to our customers.  We are so confident in our ability to perform that we currently include measurable productivity improvement clauses in virtually all of our working agreements.  Every associate at OEM Logistics is compensated on these metrics and is constantly motivated to provide the utmost quality to our customers at all times.  Our culture of empowerment and accountability allows for anybody within our organization to challenge a process and provide input into how these processes can be enhanced providing more value to our customers.  We have seen that such a philosophy translates into a surpassing of our customers expectations on a consistent basis.  

Another primary difference in our culture is our entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility.  As previously stated our core competency is in providing expert services in the area of supply-chain management and logistics.  We stand out from our competitors because we understand that these services are not provided in the exact same way to each of our customers.  What we have done is establish a core methodology that has been tested and proven.  To complement that core methodology, we invest the time and resources to work with each specific customer to develop a set of processes that is tailored specifically to the individual needs of that client.  What we are not is a company with a pre-packaged, rigid set of processes that we ask our customers to incorporate into their business model.  In working with our clients, we have found this to be a challenge for them in the past.  This is one of the primary reasons we have such a solid reputation, along with strong relationships with our customers.
